Pao Bhaji Fondue
They took the regular pao bhaji and gave it a French makeover. The dish comes with a spicy, tangy bhaji topped with some heavy cream and served with crispy pao croutons shallow fried in butter, crunchy bread stick on the side and minty green and spicy red chutney. The bhaji is rich in flavor with a smooth buttery texture filled with veggies and goes perfectly with the crisp fried bread to make a perfect meal. This is the stuff what creamy tasty dreams are made up of.
Smoked Tandoori Momos
when you take the two most loved dishes of all time and roll them into one?
Well, you get Smokey Tandoori Momos. Soft juicy dumplings filled with chicken or cottage cheese tossed in signature tandoori masala and baked on a charcoal oven for an amazing crispy, smokey texture and flavor. We bet you can never stop at one serving.
Mumbaikar’s- Cheeseburst Vada Pao
Bread and cheese can never go wrong. So, Vapour Bar Exchange-HKV took the classic Mumbai Vada pao and gave it a cheesy upgrade. The Soft butter toasted Pao bread is filled with a spicy potato patty with a center filled with molten cheesy goodness. If you think that is crazy, wait till you dip it in our perfectly slurpy hot and sweet chutney and it starts melting in your mouth.
Pizza Chicken Tikka
Well, the classic pizza makers from Naples and Rome might not call this one a real pizza but it sure packs a punch of the rich Indian spices along with a tenderness of a perfect brickwood baked pizza crust. The toppings consist bite size pieces the all-time classic chicken tikka chunks along with some other tandoor smoked veggies with a generous spread of the epic makhana gravy sauce baked to perfection.
